We want you to be happy with AuditFloorMate. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Or email us at andreas@tunhemteknik.se with your order number and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. Audit content stored locally on your devices is not affected and remains under your control.
