Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

AuditFloorMate is provided by Tunhem Teknik AB, organisation number 559431-4055, registered in Sweden ("AuditFloorMate", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the service you ("you") agree to these Terms.

2. The service

AuditFloorMate is a mobile-first checklist tool for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 factory audits. Audit content (checklists, findings, photos, company information) is stored locally on your device; only a license key is validated online.

3. Your account and authority

You confirm that you are of legal age and, where you act on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your license key confidential.

4. License

Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use AuditFloorMate for your internal business purposes within the plan you purchased. A license may be activated on up to the number of devices stated at purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of any party;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing rate limits or device limits;
  • resell, sublicense, or share license keys with third parties;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

6. Intellectual property

AuditFloorMate, including its software, checklists, documentation and branding, is owned by Tunhem Teknik AB and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Your audit content remains yours.

7. Service level

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time. Because audit data is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups.

8. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscription fees, where applicable, renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are addressed in our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your local audit data remains on your device.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for AuditFloorMate in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (such as loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
